Assessment and feedback can become overwhelming and I know it has taken me many years to find a system that works for me but flexible enough that allows for constant change. I love when you said "For example, I operate best in immersion. I not only believe in flow theory, but I know that I am happier and more effective when I focus, hunker down, and get something done in one or a few sittings" I feel the same way. I need to just sit with it, focus and get it done!
